FIRE SMOKE EXTRACTION SYSTEMS

When a fire breaks out in a building, whether a residential or an industrial one, it is necessary to extract the smoke in the fire zone in order to evacuate people and possible victims, to protect the building structure and facilitate fire-fighter access.

APPLICATION

Sodeca has a wide range of certified extractor fans and fans for use in different environments such as buildings, shopping centres, car parks, large constructions with vast open spaces, industrial premises with a high risk of fire and industrial kitchens.

The air may be supplied with standard fans that don’t need to be resistant to high temperatures, provided they are installed outside the fire zone. If the fans are installed in the fire risk zone, they must be certified.

Jet Fans smoke control system

Jet Fans smoke control systems are suitable for installation in large, uncluttered spaces such as car parks and tunnels.

Installing this type of fan eliminates the need to install costly, ugly air inlet and extraction ducts, improving visibility in car parks and increasing the available clearance gauge.

Jet Fans generate an air current that takes the smoke from the fire zone to the building extraction points.

FIRE FAN CONTROL SYSTEMS

For air supply and extraction systems in fires, with or without jet fans, we have BOXPARK control panels to facilitate the integration of the ventilation system with the CO and fire detection alarms.

The BOXPARK control panels are adapted to the most common ventilation system needs in fires, and can also be customised for large projects thanks to the possibility of adding modules to the system.

We also supply fire-fighting and maintenance control panels.
